FAQ for Investors

Questions Most Investors Ask

Below is a list of questions that are frequently asked by new and even some existing investors.

What are the minimum and maximum investment limits?

A single project can have as many investors  as possible, each contribution an amount of their choice. Because of this, it is unnecessary to set a minimum amount that one can invest as everyone’s contribution counts in a project.

On the other hand, there are usually a number of projects available for funding. This provides a continuous investment space, hence making it pointless to declare a maximum investment limit.

What payment methods do you support?

Since most investors find it convenient to use the Company apps, we found it necessary to extend the convenience further by providing electronic payment methods. MasterCard and Visa credit and debit card users can now directly deposit their funds.

Even then, we still support traditional bank and wire transfers. This is mostly because we only pay investors back through their bank accounts.

Why do you require identity verification?

The laws of many countries require an explanation whenever making a transfer of large sums of money. In this regard, we may be required to know who we are receiving funds from and who we are remitting what amount to.

Identity verification is also a means of fraud prevention. For example funds linked to a certain investor can only be withdrawn to a bank account belonging to that investor. This way, even though a third party were able to access your account on any Maley Syndicate platform, they would have no means of taking your funds.

How often can I access my funds?

At the end of every project, funds are availed to all who invested into the project for withdrawal. An investor can also decide to re-invest these funds into another project instead of withdrawing.

Funds that have been invested into a project are not accessible until the project is completed.
